Return & Exchange Policy

In Store Return and Exchange:

Camp Hilton Head will honor exchanges and refunds with receipt within 90 days. Cash refunds over $40.00 will be issued on a Camp Hilton Head gift card. Sale items can be exchanged but are non refundable. Sundries, food, and skim boards are non returnable.

Returns:

Camp Hilton Head will honor returns with receipt within 90 days. All returns must be mailed to our customer service department at our corporate office at 90 Beach City Road Hilton Head Island, SC 29926. Once we have received the item we will refund your credit card for the price of the item. The same credit card used to purchase the item is the card that will receive the refund. Shipping will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

Camp Hilton Head will honor exchanges with receipt within 90 days. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope for the exchanged item to be mailed back to you.
